A nice wipe-out like the 1948 elections would be good. Then on 2012 come back and wipe out Hillary's campaign and Obama's too, while seizing what's left to grab in the Senate.

Or the GOP could refuse to get behind Palin and refuse to allow the 52% female majority of the American population to decide who's more trustworthy as our first female President.

The good news is the Democrats have a lot more redder state incumbents to defend in 2012. It will be much, much easier to pick up 7 or 8 Democrat senate seats in 2012.

Good point. Not to mention that the Blue Dogs will be obliterated this year leaving only the far left ideologues in power. They be easy targets in 2012.
