Last night we were watching Portland, Or. News.
I'm busy and did not get a link.
Some ticked off girl in the bad part of town took a gun outside and was shooting at a gal in the neighborhood.
The cops came, the shooter ran into her house and locked the door. The cops knocked, the gal did not answer.
The cops left.
Another one at the park. Someone was shooting up the place, the cops knocked on the door of the suspect. He did not answer, the cops left.
You could? get life here for discharging a firearm even in self defense.

I wouldn't be caught dead in that berg.  There's absolutely no draw.  It's probably illegal to eat tree-bark there, without paying some sorta restaurant-tax on it.

Billy while we wait for an answer in another thread, so is it also your position that it's the "left" which makes cops do things like the UC cop here that shot an unarmed man to death in the face?

Blaming the left, for the cops failure to police their own, and respect the citizen's of the U.S. is like blaming the left because it rained.

The left certainly is responsible, it is subtle pscyhological warfare here is how it works.

The Left puts the cops on edge, constantly reviling them, calling for investigations in clear cut self defense like Furgueson. Then they aggitate and you get the thugs like the BPP who put bounties out on their heads and those who urge going out and killing cops in an eye for an eye....they get one of "us" we get ten of them.

Conmen like AL Sharpton fan the flames so does Farrakhan so do the self styled "revolutionaries" ala che Guevarra who advocate destroying the forces of law and order first ....that is an old tried and true commie tactic, destroy the security and police forces FIRST.

Everybody gets in on the act, create mistrust, mass suspicion and hatred,the stooges in  the city council just like Baltimore, the Low life politicians in Washington are already doing this.

they create a seige mentality among the cops as if the streets are bad enough.....now you got all the tension everybody with a badge knows they got a target on their back from all sides. It does two things, one it makes cops edgy and possibly too quick on the trigger....two...even worse....it does what it is designed to do make cops over cautious and reluctant to do anything....or hesitate in the face of a real threat so they get killed or injured.

Either situation is a win win for the left and the forces of disorder and criminality.

And its not an imagination or exaggeration, Police deaths at the hands of "citizens" are rising, records numbers each year.

I am convinced  of what the Marxists are doing , they want to undermine existing Law enforcement in the USA and disarm or disenfranchise the existing system of Law enforcement at the state/local level, replace it with a FEDERAL FORCE likely made up of thugs and crooks, possibly illegals who will facilitate A true Marxist State.

What on earth does a UC cop shooting have to do with a woman shooting at her neighbor in Portland OR and the police not arresting her?

IF someone is shooting up the park, and the P.D. there doesn't do anything about it, the P.D. there is like the UC cops, breaking the law. As well as their oath of duty.

We were  shocked by the cops not knocking the door(s) down.
I don't blame the cops for avoiding minorities with an agenda to get you sent to prison.
I don't live in Portland but if someone is choking you here, they have about three hours to finish you off.

Wow gotta love how nice and tidy that is. The P.D. doesn't do it's job, breaks the law itself, and violates it's oath of duty, yet it's somebody else's fault. Sure sounds an aweful like the DNC to me. Perhaps that's why they give so heavily to DNC candidates.
