Feds to Execute Woman Who Killed Victim, Cut Baby From Womb

A woman convicted of fatally strangling a pregnant woman, cutting her body open, and kidnapping her baby is scheduled to be the first female inmate put to death by the U.S. government in more than six decades, the Justice Department said Friday.

Lisa Montgomery is scheduled to be executed by lethal injection on Dec. 8 at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, Indiana. She would be the ninth federal inmate to put to death since the Justice Department resumed executions in July after a nearly 20-year hiatus.

Montgomery was convicted of killing 23-year-old Bobbie Jo Stinnett in the northwest Missouri town of Skidmore in December 2004.

Montgomery drove from her Kansas home to Stinnett's house in Skidmore under the guise of adopting a rat terrier puppy, prosecutors said. When she arrived at the home, Montgomery used a rope to strangle Stinnett, who was eight months pregnant, but Stinnett was conscious and trying to defend herself as Montgomery used a kitchen knife to cut the baby girl from the womb, authorities said.

Prosecutors said Montgomery removed the baby from Stinnett's body, took the child with her, and attempted to pass the girl off as her own.

Mexican Immigrant Raped Child at Home of Family Who Was Hosting Him: Court Docs




HOUSTON, Texas — Glenis Dionicio Cordova-Lopez, 25, was sentenced to 60 years in prison for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

"I want to thank the first Harris County jury since COVID began for showing up, listening to the testimony, reviewing all the evidence, and finding a sexual predator guilty," DA Kim Ogg said. "I am glad his victim knows that she was believed and that he will serve a long prison sentence for his crimes against her. The 60 years he received is still not as long as the lifetime pain she will face as a result of his brutality."

Cordova-Lopez, also known as Fernando Lopez, had a prior conviction in Idaho for attempted kidnapping in which the family was unaware. He was sentenced Friday in the first felony trial in which a jury was selected at NRG Arena because of COVID-19.

Cordova-Lopez was convicted of attacking a 12-year-old girl in her bedroom while staying with the girl's family in Tomball on Jan. 21, 2018.

A witness saw Cordova-Lopez come out of the girl's room around midnight. The next day, the girl told family members she was attacked and was in pain, and she was taken to Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital for an examination that revealed she had been raped.

Spencer, who has worked to combat opioid addiction while in office, now faces drug-related charges. He was released on bail after an arraignment on Wednesday, under the condition that he hand over his passport, pistol license, and guns to authorities.

Being gay isn't necessarily the problem: it's the brain washing of them to act, walk, talk, vote, eat, sleep, or live a certain way (typical left-wing alphabet people). I swear it is like they can't survive without the rainbow flag. Just like left-wing blacks attack Conservative blacks for dare voting off of the plantation, left-wing alphabet people attack Conservative alphabet people for voting off of the plantation.

Somewhere down the line, there was a change from "I like men" to "I am a women even though I was born a man. That eventually transformed in to "this is a girl even though it's a boy". How is it possible to say that toddler is female and not male? It's because the "adults" in the room have allowed the destruction of children yet again.

Have you heard of "I Am Jazz"? Same thing. Adults in the room (parents, doctors, media) all supported the transforming of a toddler boy into a trans girl. They pump her so full of hormones that she could not develop proper male genitalia, and had difficultly with the bottom surgery.
