I'd even go a step further and say the only real defense we've got now is the joining of the public to root out corruption from our crumbling system.

Animals engage in indicriminate spawning when the urge strikes them...then in most species...the parties go their seperate ways
and the female rears the offspring.

....on second thought....I can think of some humans who engage in this type of behavior also...that results in welfare recipients.

Dogs do it because it's a dominance trait, if a dog is humping a male dog, he is showing his dominance.
If it's a little rat dog pure bred, it's simply brain damaged.
People aren't all that different, both scenarios can be applied to gays.

Red States like Texas and Arizona are over run with illegals  so I don't doubt it.  Then of course there is the make up of inner cities with in those states.
