Biden's got 47 years of forging political connections, few which ever made him wealthy, until Bursima (Ukraine) and the CCP (Chinese Military, same thing).  So, I think Biden is "too good" to soil his hands with street fighters, insurrection, takeovers - he's above it all, and made his fortune.
