A few interesting items from Durham's indictment of Sussmann.  First, every legal-smart person and their mamma who reads this indictment say it's clear Durham is building a conspiracy case.

5. All acts by anyone involved from earliest date in this indictment to at least 2/7/17 are within the scope of the conspiracy--maybe longer--meaning Durham's got a lot more time to work with.

6. This indictment gives him some seriously thick armor against Garland interference.

You can have venue in any federal district where an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy took place. The only venue for the false statement charge is where it was made -- DC.

But Agency 2 is likely CIA, and they are in Virginia. Therefore, venue can be in EDVA.

I'm also about positive he said the same thing about an outside venue for someone else... I think the Clinesmith indictment?  If so, Clinesmith isn't out of the woods yet as he may be dragged back in for when the hammer drops on the conspiracy charges.

The next one is in regards to two footnotes from the Horowitz report tied into the Sussmann indictment.  This thread is from someone who did a breakdown on FoolNelson's tweets (who's just nailed everything over the past few years, including outing targets and conspirators) on why McCabe might be in the crosshairs:

anyone wasn't material. But what if Durham presents evidence that while some in the FBI knew this was a political dirty trick, McCabe joined the conspiracy to cover that fact up, so that the investigation could proceed. That's further proof of materiality- and the conspiracy.

The Horowitz footnote describing how McCabe instructed the team not to talk to the confidential source anymore has always been a mystery, at least to me. Is Durham about to connect the Alfa Bank narrative conspiracy together with an FBI CH conspiracy , tied up with a neat ribbon

Just my guess, but I dont think this will go much anywhere UNITL trump is back in publicly. Otherwise the deepstate may be able to pardon these people or sweep it under the rug or something.
Durham only did this one because the SoL was almost up. I think they are saving the bulk of this and other criminal indictments on the backburner for a later date, after trump is fully in power, especially since everything up to this point has moved so slowly so Im going to assume the rest will not be in the next few months either.

This entire scheme to steal America is too complex for most Americans to grasp, so it will have to be dolled out in pieces.
It may not seem like a big deal at the moment, but it really is.

Oh ya I agree, it proves to us durham wasnt just a shill or a distraction but the real deal and that he wasnt stopped by biden but still going strong.

I just dont want people to lose sight of the audits since this is just like an update on a much bigger thing coming later. Like a preview of the next installment in the series, once we are done with the first movie, the 2020 election.

By now the case should be strong enough where bumping off one of the characters will not destroy the case. Dozens would have to be bumped off to save her highness.

Agree. I think the reason there appears to be such a delay, is strictly CYA for the legal aspect, no loophole to be left, giving an out or an argument for appeal.

This thing needs to be solid so we can move forward without delay.
So solid that no one will question locking up the DNC leadership and removing Biteme.

The sourcing for some of the factual details set forth in the indictment explains at least one cause for why it has taken Durham so long to get to this point. Among the documents referenced in the indictment are billing records and emails of Perkins Coie. I'm confident these were not just handed over to Durham when he sent a grand jury subpoena to the law firm. I'm confident there was a fierce battle over whether Perkins Coie had to produce these records as they involve attorney-client communications and attorney work-product information, both of which would typically be insulated from the grand jury process.

Those regarding the grand juries we wouldn't hear anyway... not only because Durham runs a leak-proof ship, but likely, as SWC suggests, because the grand juries were done in other districts outside of D.C.

If I had to guess, I'd say that there is a WHOLE LOT of information regarding the election fraud, the Wuhan virus, "Vaccination", Beijing's mental state, the Beijing administration, Afghanistan, the border, etc., etc., etc. that the media doesn't let on or cover.

The silence and censorship is deafening! Sometimes I wonder if I'm living in the U.S.A. or N. Korea...
