An AP articles that reflects that the accused was part of the protest. However, he says he was not targeting the police, but someone else. How brilliant is that statement?

As I indicated , this will probably be pushed way to the back burner by the MSM.
He is on probation with warrants for his non appearance to his PO for 7 months. Is he also charged with possession of a fire arm by a convicted felon?

Well, IF the first story is correct .. The guy was shooting from an automobile.

If you watch the CNN video, the video where the reporter before the shots were fired, that reporter was telling everyone that all protesters had been moved off of the hill.

Moved across the street and that only cops were in front of the police station.

There were no protesters between the street and the station!

Of course, the story keeps 'evolving' so before it is over .. the guy could have been sitting at home, in his comfortable lounge chair, cleaning his weapon when it accidentally discharged!

We need to watch this story. I would like to know who the accused was shooting at if not the police. These people are not too bright.

I watches the press release live on fox. The prosecutor made it clear he didn't believe the story but pointed out regardless it was 1st degree assault he admitted to and could carry life imprisonment! The investigation is still on going and the charges could change!

He wasn't "targeting the officers".

They simply got in the way of his bullets.  The cops should have been more careful where they were putting their bodies.

Could shooting a constitutionally sworn officer during the commission of his duties be a violation of the police officers constitutional rights?
We'd better ask Holder!!

Reports on the 10pm news from at least one affiliate (ABC) were that the guy admitted to shooting at someone other than police officers (BS) but asked if he could give a description of who he was shooting at, he said he couldn't do that.  Lessee now, where's that darned sarc thingy?

Wasn't this a gun-free zone?

Ha, ha, ha (), just when did anybody write the rules for that crap out there in ferguson?  Guns, bombs, acid, ball bats, crow bars, are all a go-go for that bunch of assholery protesters.  Police using registered and official forms of riot control are somehow not part of the usual and correct forms of restraint against a bunch that won't be instructed on anything.  It's all part and parcel of the agenda to put whites in their place and that being out of Ferguson in order that corruption may reign.

This guy is bad news.  He said; "It's easier to kill someone than you think".

He also knew Dorian Johnson.  The guy that was with Michael Brown.

Holder finally got something right when he labeled this guy a punk. He fits the description of "human debris".

Actually it IS kinda brilliant, if the guy claims he was confronted by another armed suspect and he was FIRING at this mystery person in SELF DEFENSE and it was stray rounds that hit the officers then I'd say he has a good chance of beating any PREMEDITATION in any attempted homicide rap. As I understand it there was some distance involved that works in scumbags favor as well.

You could be right but his "story" depends on his credibility! He was a convicted Felon with warrants in possession of a hand gun!
