Well in looks like Jesse Jr got himself a new charge, I just posted
on his recent plea agreement. Now he caught a consopiracy charge of $750 K....the wife is charged with income tax evasion.

Thanks. I had forgotten about that.

I'm saddened to some extent. The reason Jackson Sr. the most culpable is apparently escaping again - unscathed and  un-scarred.
