Let the taxpayers of Illinois spend their hearts out on President Obama's library but there is only one problem what the hell are they going to put in this library.

I got Osama Bin Laden or ObamaCare. Help me out folks. Even you liberal folks out there lurking add to this man's library. Oh he bailed out GM and Wall Street. We now have gays in the military thamks to Obama. If i'm not mistaken their called "Fighting Sodomites" with their slogan "Death From Behind". Gotta love their patch:

Illinois Madness Never Stops; House Committee Wants Taxpayers to Spend $100 Million on Barack Obama Library

Illinois is broke. Its public pension plans are the most troubled in the nation.

Illinois passed massive "temporary" tax hikes to fix the pension problem, but that did not make a dent in  the problem.

Nonetheless, ideas to waste more taxpayer money are always on the table. Here's a recent example.

As an unfortunate Illinois resident, I may be able to shed some light on this.

Rahm Emanuel (mayor of Chicago) WANTS this library as he says it will bring in money.  Not sure how that works, but that's what he says.

There is no TEMPORARY tax hike.  That's what we were TOLD by Gov. Pat Quinn when he was able to pass it.  Surprise and shazam, now he wants to make it PERMANENT.

No worries about cutting budgets or saving money.  Not when you can just SPEND MORE with a tax increase.  Don't retire debt or come up with a way to live within your means.  Nope - tax and spend more.

What is saddest is that the democrat voters of Illinois may return Gov. Pat Quinn and Sen. Dick Durbin right back to do some more of it.

I am not at all confident that the voters of Illinois are smart enough to get rid of them.  When takers can vote, this is what happens.

Detroit would be a more fitting location, it would be representative of the damage the Marxist inflicted upon the Nation.

I thought Obozo's library was going to be in Hawaii. That way when ever he showed up for some lecture, he could count on a little links time. In case Oblamo hasn't noticed in the last 20 years, it gets cold in Illinois in the winter.
