Before discussing the details of today's proceedings I want to give full credit to the Norwegian values, decency and respect shown towards the insane mass murderer and his brutalities.

The patience shown by Norway people in general and people present inside court room in particular shown remarkable and unprecedented patience will always be written with golden words in the pages of history.
