What's the law in the U.S. about supporting the Kurds if you are an American actor?

I am aware of some folks, who were arrested after, making posts online, in support of ISIS.

Which I, personally find to be, both stupid and un-Constitutional.

Stupid because now we have to pay to house and feed them, where as, should they join ISIS in a combat theater and have a plane drop out of the sky onto them, it's oh well, so sorry for your loss, and that's that. Just another terrorist dead.

And un-Constitutional, because, the first Amendment. When the right of free expression is granted to even pornographers and Bill Ayers, and THE OBAMA to spew the crap they spew. Then it should also be granted to those folks too.

Is it illegal to support the Kurds against ISIS, ISIL, PLA, and other four letter acronyms?

Even IF that speech is calling for the overthrow of the U.S. Government. Free speech, means speech which is unpopular folks. That's what the intention was. To protect speech, which is unpopular, disliked, criminal.

And that was included for a reason too. Because it was something which was very important to them, in justifying our war of Independence.

See when they signed the DoI, they were legally committing Treason.

Had the British ever found them, or caught them I should say. They would have been #5:

No if's buts, or about it's! That, is the tyranny they fought against. And it is tyranny we shouldn't as a free society tolerate now.

One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

Red I wasn't being a smart ass, I seriously don't know if they are or not. But given who they are once were, and this President....well who knows what the law is today? It was probably different yesterday though.

Hey taxed, they are currently shooting a Pirates sequel in Australia.  I was wondering who would replace this guy on the set.

He definitely has different priorities these days!

I don't think they are.  The Kurds are the ones we used to protect from Saddam with one of our no fly zones.  They are up in the NE section of Iraq, SE Turkey, west in Iran and north in Syria.  That area is called Kurdistan.

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

I think, we should be supporting the Kurds now too. Just not militarily.

Throughout the last three decades, the US has supported two murderous operations against the Kurds.

First, in supporting sadaam Hussein with chemical weapons and helciopters to dispense those chemical weapons on the kruds during the 80s.

Second, the late 1990s, the US funded Turkey with billions of dollars in military aid while they killed tens of thousands of kurds and created about a million homes in the most vial torture possible.

We should be on their terrorist watch list.

Oh yes, it was U.S. policy to have all the Kurds killed and it was the U.S. who blew up the twin towers too.   :sneaky:

I'm sure you are mistaken!

Ask anyone at the DNC or CNN or MSNBC et al. there were no WMDs ( which includes chemical weapons) in Iraq. So, what you claim to have happened, obviously didn't.
