Absolutely not!  Of the 4 local news stations in my area, the weather gets as much if not more comments as the local, world news.  Most of the articles discussed are about Bozo's latest stunts.
No kidding, the weather gets more discussion most of the time.

Our local Sptbg. newspaper has started trying to up it's paper sales and here is just one way.  You can access newsitems on line just 5 times in one week.  Like, if I were to look up an item to post on this forum from our newspaper, I can only post it if it isn't my 6th look-up.  Crazy?  You bet, but the most interesting thing in our paper is the crossword.

Just this morning I was looking at the oped page and clicking on each item and I run across an item about "Stand your ground" laws being reviewed by our local democrap doo-stirrer.  It just happened to be my 6th click-on and I was interrupted by a message asking me to subscribe and that's when I found out about this rule on using the news items.

I'm still not going to buy our paper.  It is no better than the news stations.  I think the agenda in this is to keep folks from seeing the big picture.  That's ok, there's more than one way to skin a cat.

I have been saying for years they are making the news not writing about the news.  I think the truth went out the door with TV starting around 1955.

Thank Big Dan Rather, hero of the Killian Documents. Stir in MS-LSD, Chris Matthews, and every leftist loony who can sit upright at an on-screen yakfest.

Anything above a 1% confidence level in the news, congress or the administration is too high.

How stupid does the powers that be think most Americans are when what answers for news is the View or Inside Edition?   Most folks on the View are one step away from the Jerry Springer Show as participants in one of his feuds.

Quite frankly I look at this as positive news. It indicates the folks are figuring the liars out.
That's exactly how I see it!

People are sick of manufactured news.
Sharyl Atkinson calls it "Paid for News". In other words, you can pay to have a story, like Tea is dead, etc.
The networks are literally, yesterday news. It's over for them.

Who believes Sharyl Atkinson will turn up on FNC? It seems so logical for FNC. Of course she may believe she can swing a better deal by being independent.
