I listened while I made breakfast.  Very interesting and informational.  I never understood
birthright" citizenship and it really never made sense.  This gives me future discussion points when trying to explain it to others.  Toy

Yep, it never was a right to be exploited, it was solely written for slaves.

This is where I have an issue with every Amendment past the Tenth. They are all unnecessary!
Had our Legislature simply applied the Constitution, they wouldn't have needed to amend anything.

  The first ten were restrictions on the government, damn sure can not say that about the ones that followed. The 16th should not allow for a income tax, it should have prohibited congress from having one. Prohibition of Liquor has no place in a republic. It should have read, congress can not drink to excess.
