Sheesh...

misogynistic:  A misanthrope who dislikes women in particular.
I love and respect women, but pointing out historical facts does not make one a woman hater.
Based on percentages, his comment was dead on; take political forums, dominated by men.
Care to guess why that is?

He's not pointing out historical facts. He's claiming that "women don't build things" and when women are in charge of an organization (aka a matriarchy) the organization will fail. If you can't see that for what it is, then Allah help you pal...but it sure ain't historical fact. It's called young fella with a chip on his shoulder trying to justify his meager existence...

That's a bit of a reach isn't it, claiming he said women don't build things?
I know what you mean, but you are taking his point in the literal sense of the word, he is evidencing history to make his point and history proves his point to be correct.

As I stated before, women simply aren't interested in power/politics as are men, and by percentages alone it's hard to find good leadership where women are concerned.
It's a basic fact, women are not that kind of competitive, men are by nature conquers.

This is not an insult to women in any way, it is, what it is.

Here's the quote, "And men are the gender that build things." His poor English composition aside, I think that's a pretty short reach.

First of all that's not true. Women achieve by different means. For one thing, they are willing to compromise to reach a goal where as we guys tend to want to piss on each other until the other guy cries monkey. Doesn't mean they don't achieve just because they aren't 'conquerors'. Secondly, that's not all he was saying about women. He said when women are in charge, there is failure. His entire argument about the demise of the educational system is based his illogical reasoning that women will turn it into a matriarchy and it will fail because as he claims, matriarchy's fail.

What The Boss said is insulting to women. His argument is that when women are in charge of something, it fails.  The difference between you and I is that I can agree with part of what he said and disagree with the rest of it. I don't have to see it as an all or nothing proposition.

You see, this is a far cry from your initial statement that he hates women.
Quit trying to read so much into what someone is saying and take it for what he meant.
Men are by nature leaders and women aren't, it really is that simple.

I am a great beleiver in two things, one is Human nature the second is the "Pendulum theory". Human nature drives the "pendulum theory" somewhat. When people have bad experiences (economically) under the left their "pendulum" of reasoning swings to the right to resolve it. This is
was the case with Jimmy Carter.

The problem is, when they have bad experiences under the right (war mainly) the pendulum swings back to the left. Thus under Bush you see what we were saddled with. In Part, Obamao was elected because people were mad at Bush. In our present case, our generations are so brainwashed by the leftists in educational systems of higher learning
they have to be re-educated by the realities of life, as they are now.

I don't hold out much hope for the future as long as you have guys like Ayers who have the title professor instead of inmate #109788 and you have Berkly campus turning out brainwashed "progressives". If you really want to restore common sense and truly cripple the radical left we have to take back our educational system starting with grade school.

Evil operates best when it is disguised for what it truly is.

Agreed...and the first step is to make "education" less attractive as a source of employment for any radical who can turn a thesis or dissertation into a lifelong passport to the land of academic lotus eaters.  With lower salaries (and institution of incentive pay), with abandonment of full summer recess for teachers/professors, and the abolishment of tenure, the radical...who's hardest life's work was protesting...will seek an easier platform from which to think their great thoughts.

The young lady is on vac this week so she may not be in this week.

My wife has her computer in the kitchen.   :tounge:

Mine, too. She even installed a new light fixture overhead. Says it helps her e-book reading.
