Exactly my point. So he should just shut up. I have no idea what his agenda is any more.
It would not surprise me one bit if he was to change party's before he retires.

He knows he can only get elected with an R after his name, so every once in a great while he does something that is more right than left so that come election time, he has a few commercials.  It doesn't really matter though, unless a more conservative independent comes along, he will keep getting elected.

Yep, he's a perfect example of how far out in the future the left looks when plotting their next move.
Rush pointed this out in 1998 when the MSM was calling Johnny the maverick.
Even as early as the last century plotting by left was obvious i how they were grooming the public to believe just how wonderful he was and how his willingness to speak out was a refreshing change.
