Satellite internet, slightly faster than dial up and there is none of that creepy sound.  Hughesnet sucks.  What really sucks is there is a fiber optics running right along the road in front of our house.  It was part of that muslims $1 trillion dollar stimulus (porkulus) crap that did nothing but funnel money from the taxpayer through some unions right back to the DNC.

Anyway, that fiber optics cable runs from one city offices to another city about 30 miles away.  No connections for residential at all.  Just for one city to communicate with the other city.

And the kicker, our RINO rep is always out there claiming to be the champion for bringing high speed internet to the poor huddled masses out in the country.  Bullcrap.

Am I pissed?  You bet.  I've had fiber optic internet before when living in the shithole known as Mexifornia.
