LOL your just a Jr. Bastard when you get to my ager your a Full Bastard.   I myself have not heard the slang term or it meaning.   There one place on the net and it is no help. 

Well, if you fall afoul of a "Pod of Blue Mobys", as I recently made the mistake of doing, it can pretty much ruin your online political forums hobby.

It is a variant of the term "Moby" as defined by the Urban Dictionary.
