Who said Arnold didn't understand politics?

Getting ready to leave his office for the final time, Arnold meets into his old nemesis Nunez, who blasts him with a trumpet, causing a brain malfunction in the Terminator. And instead of releasing 10,000 harmless pot smokers, a few thousand geriatrics and medically disabled nonviolent three strikers, the Terminator shortens Nunez' son's term by 9 years.

Releasing the other prisoners would have saved the state 5 billion dollars, but at least he saved us $400,000.
Saving California would have been a good thing, but helping a pal is much better.

I'm surprised he didn't release 30,000 illegals on to the streets.

Cronyism, pure and simple. Nothing like a good slap in the face to wake the people up. What a disaster he's been. But it's probably going to get much worse under Moonbeam. He's never met a invirowhacko cause he didn't like.

I think he failed to understand how corrupt it was, in the sense that I think he became a bitch of the system.  He isn't like a Christie, by any means....

Oh, and to other Governors, and this includes Huckabee, "DON'T RELEASE PEOPLE WITH VIOLENT RECORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".   It really is that simple.
