Dutch Court to Rejected 'Refugees': Go Home or Starve
BY MICHAEL WALSH
Holland, which has been suffering from the "refugee" influx even before Muslim immigrants were called "refugees," can now expel them without worrying about European notions of "human rights."
A Dutch high court on Thursday upheld a government policy of withholding food and shelter to rejected asylum-seekers who refuse to be repatriated, giving legal backing to one of Europe's toughest immigration policies. The Raad van State or Council of State, which reviews the legality of government decisions, found that the new policy of conservative Prime Minister Mark Rutte does not contravene the European Convention on Human Rights.
A rejected asylum seeker does not have the right to appeal to the European Social Charter, it said.
The Dutch government "has the right, when providing shelter in so-called locations of limited freedom, to require failed asylum-seekers to cooperate with their departure from the Netherlands," a summary of the ruling said.
This is a good first step. The Europeans have been buffaloed by the trammels of the European super-state, looking over their shoulders at the bureaucrats in Brussels and the corruptocrats of the UN before daring to defend themselves against the invasion of their territory by "migrants" from the ummah of Islam.

At least someone has it right.
Way cool, and about time.
I suspect this action will spread, to the point, the EU will collapse.
I wish we'd do that. There's no reason for them to be here. The males should be fighting on their soil, against whomever...
Apparently they are still accepting some of the refugees. This law just applies to those who get rejected. I'm not sure what that criteria might be.
We should tell that to the Kenyan.

I think the men left because there are too many to fight. ISIS, Assad & Russia, Kurds, Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, Al Nusra Jabhat, Turkistan, etc.
I think there are pro Assad groups and anti-Assad groups and now pro-ISIS groups. The anti-Assad groups like the Free Syrian Army don't seem to have any co-ordination. Now with Russia stepping in and bombing them, or ISIS taking over their homes and the U.S. & it's coalition? bombing ISIS, probably hard to know what to do. It's a very confusing mess.

That pretty much sums it up!
It is such a mess that there is no rational solution.

As much as I'd like to believe that, history proves otherwise.
In the M/E, the law of the jungle is alive and well, to the victor goes the spoils, so naturally, the beaten join the victor, for their soon to be share in the spoils.
It's why the place is full of dictators, and why these people join aggressive groups, such as ISIS, join or die, it's taught from birth in the Koran.

We cannot apply our value thinking process when dealing with irrational people.

With college kids today, out there advocating for the suppression of free speech by and through the force of government. With college kids of today, out there demanding that it should be legal for government to allow them to be segregated based upon color. And with these idiot's who are American, yet support the likes of ISIS and Hamas and Al-Queda. With people enacting State Constitutional amendments which make it so only five people in the State get to say what is or is not an issue on a ballot. (Or in other words, whether you are allowed as a citizen to vote on an issue or not) With the do nothing Congress, and treasonous criminality of President Obama. With the overall lack of the rule of law in our nation today. I fear our Republic is heading that way fast. If things do not turn around, and with a quickness at that in Washington. In fact at this point I'm hoping I'll be dead before what I fear is coming, happens. The total collapse of our Union. The abolition of our Constitutional Freedoms. The rule of the jungle.

The worst is yet to come, but he only has a year left to inflict damage, but there is a limit as to what Americans will tolerate, so I'm not all that worried.
If anything? Enjoy the ride, we're living history in the making, or about to make history.
But whatever the outcome, the Marxist reign is about to end in a bloody death.
Bet that sent up flags to NSA.

I hope you are correct. After seven years I have no doubt he will push the envelope. The American people are already unhappy, but too many of them don't know why. The pols in DC know exactly what is going on, but will the GOP show any courage and will enough democrats finally reflect they are patriots rather lemmings for Obama?

The only thing I expect from the RINO is more capitulation to the leftists, with obfuscation to give the appearance they're doing something, but as usual all rhetorical BS.
I don't see the Marxist pushing too hard, because he knows we have a limit as does the left, seeing how were entering an election.
Yeah, there will be a lot of crap soon to come, but we're about out of the storm.
The worst Obama can do is to pack the government with clones.
I don't know how a new President can come in and fire all of these people.
Remember what happened when Bush/Gonzales dumped all those U.S. Attorneys?
Apparently you can't get rid of these people, just because you want to.

Obama did!!!
He forced our military commanders into retirement and has shuffled the deck at all of his Agencies to reflect HIS will.
The next man can do the same!!!
However, the GOP has traditionally been too polite to do those things. It is time to forgo politeness in favor of expediency.
We will never win a war in which the deck is stacked against us. We must fight fire with fire!

A new president can fire all appointees of Obama and that should be done. Bush made the misstake of not getting rid of all the Clintonistas.

The President can dismiss from service any administration federal employee, not just appointee's such as sec def or sec state etc. And in 2017, when our new Potus is sworn in, he or she, should do just that.
I know I damn sure would. Why? To ensure I'm being given accurate and timely intel on threats to our national security, just to name one reason.

Appointees go much lower that Cabinet Members. There are tons of appointees in every agency. All of which can be changed with an Administration change. Unfortunately some stupid Republican Presidents have failed to make those important changes. They have been very misguided in their faith in humanity.
After Obama a total housecleaning is in order!!
I am not satisfied.
Ship the vermin HOME - or BURY them.
(But I'm a nice guy - I'd give them a choice)

Why bother?
Vermin in your home should be exterminated. Better to get rid of the infestation.
As far as I am concerned these people are nothing but an invading army and should be treated as such.
Don't worry they breed like roaches, they will replace their numbers soon enough.
