I stand by my position that public opinion sways judges.  Justice Roberts is an example of this.  He sacrificed his values by his decision to wordsmith Obamacare.  He had to find a way to get around being called a racist by the MSM for the rest of his life.

We can come back to this discussion after January 6.  Common sense, based on my understanding of politics and history, tells me we aren't going to like the outcome.  I hope I'm stupid, but I'm rarely wrong.  I only missed one election call besides this one when Bush Sr. lost to Clinton.
