Original OP was "Trump" losing court battles.  Well first off, who is bringing the legal actions?  Is it a GOP group?  Trump?  Or someone or thing?  What exactly is being presented to the court?  What relief was being sought?

This is pretty simple really.  A judge for the most part is not a "judge" any longer, they are political bag man.  Why do you think there is so much fighting about the political leanings of these judges?  Why do Soros and PACs back one judge or another?  The answer is obvious.

Then we have the past year of riots.  Name me a judge that wants BLM/anitfa on their front porch.  There are none that exist, sorry, that part of America was killed off by the marxists a few years ago.  So they kick the can down the road to the Supreme Court.

It wasn't just voter fraud, most of the fraud was unconstitutional and illegal.  Article II, section 1 of the Constitution is quite clear and can not be suspended or rewritten to suit a political party or outcome.  I will agree that John Roberts is busy going through mental gymnastics trying to find a way to change the meaning of Article II, but he can't.

And don't ya just love the idiots that say "it was a republican judge", which means nothing.  As noted milk toast Romney and "song bird" McStain are perfect examples.  All these polcats attend the same cocktail parties in DC, slapping each other on the back, smoking cigars and telling jokes.  It's a social club.  No one rocks the boat.

Anyway, back to the topic which relates a little to what I am pointing out above.  The American people aren't getting the truth about the election from their news sources.  This swings the election investigation into the democrats favor.  I don't believe there are enough judges willing to "rock the boat" to overturn this election and have their lives destroyed by the left.

Some here think I'm disputing the facts.  That is incorrect.  I worked my entire life with databases and interfaces.  In my experience, the data I'm seeing with vote counts doesn't make sense. But, it's going to come down to legal arguments overriding data arguments.
