Hussein never really did do much of anything anyway when you look at his record, nearly all of what one might refer to as 'Legacy' was done through Executive Order, and the only real thing signed into law was pretty much null and void Trump's first day in office, Commiecare essentially got axed by an EO.

The Dim party realized just how much trouble they were in after 2010 midterms, kind of knocked the wind out of their sails, and broke a couple of masts, then 2014 midterms broke their keel clean off, snapped their rudder, leaving them adrift.
