Nope. He's EVIL.  Evil has a definition.  It doesn't matter what's "in his heart."  It only matters if he's destructive to AMERICAN values as the Founders gave us.

No.  I think he is a foreign-born usurper who is a Muslim and is guiding us toward full Sharia and a world-wide Caliphate.  He is a wolf in sheep's clothing and too many fell for his ruse.
