We are.  We won every state and get to comb through every vote, one-by-one.  Then, we're going back to Florida to do a recount there as well.  That will be after Trump's inauguration, but that's fine.

There will be a manual hand recount of every vote cast whether done by mail, absentee, or in person.

Mr. Trump's campaign expects the recount to begin by Monday if not sooner. They will be able to have individuals in place to eye every piece of paper for the hand recount.
