Wouldn't any sensibly fair government look at the preponderance of evidence for fraud and throw this election out? Then hold an election without the aspects that are questionable, i.e., without mail-in ballots and without questionable voting machines? Allowance for bi-partisan observance. Shouldn't all in congress agree to that? If they are truly fair, there is nothing to fear - right? 

Seems like a simple solution that all who want a true representation of the laws of our country would get behind.

I don't think Giuliani tried very hard. They've been looking past the State courts so they can quickly get everything to the Supreme Court. They didn't care what the Pennsylvania courts would say. The problem is that the USSC does consider what lower courts had to say. My fear as that this could bit Trump in the azz.
