So, does this mean I can sue the government if/when surveillance drones begin flying over my neighborhood? 'Cuz I have a sneaking suspicion such a case would be dismissed. :glare:

So if you go to Hawaii and take a picture and someone famous is in the background you can be sued.  So they extend a sense of security to anyone famous in Hawaii.  What if I am cheating on my wife and an investigator takes my picture how could I not be afforded the same protection. Can they assign a special class to celebrities?

I think that the media would have it over turned in an instant.

Meh, this is only about celebs on its face, at the root is the Obama family, who want immunity from those pesky cameras catching them on vacation and in four years, from plauging them constantly.  JM.02$

Lessee here, Govt(The EPA) can use a Surveillance drone to check and see if some Rancher in New Mexico is complying with federal EPA guidelines over a livestock watering pond(WITHOUT A WARRANT)

Yet it is a crime to take a picture of Beyonce sun bathing on the beach?

C'mon
