Yeah, phone in polls generally reflect the tone of the program, which tells me I'm not missing much.

Don't know. I suspect it was to err on the side of caution? Most everyone was taking their direction from the CDC early on as this was a medical/healthcare issue. DeSantis will have to give account of his actions.
