This Is Exactly Why People Hate Politicians
This headline has a pic of Cruz.
I swear, the hatred is thick enough to cut with a knife.

QuoteSen. Ted Cruz was so upset with Attorney General nominee Loretta Lynch that he "SLAMMED" her in a speech. But when the vote came around for final passage, the senator was AWOL. Instead of voting against this abominable nominee, Cruz was on a plane, headed to a fundraiser in Dallas.

It wouldn't have mattered; Lynch was easily confirmed. But for a man who has put so much stock in the virtue of symbolic fights and votes, it felt discordant. At the very least, one of his conservative opponents will now be able to honestly say: "When it came time to vote against Obama's liberal Attorney General nominee, Ted Cruz didn't even bother to show up." (Cruz can then either ignore the attack — or spend his remaining time explaining to the good folks of America what "cloture" means — and how he actually voted against the nominee before he didn't vote on the nominee.) Who needs to cast superfluous votes when there's money to be raised?

Then this hit piece alluding to Ted's alleged hatred of gays.

QuoteSenator Ted Cruz has positioned himself as a strong opponent of same-sex marriage, urging pastors nationwide to preach in support of marriage as an institution between a man and a woman, which he said was "ordained by God."
But on Monday night, at a reception for him at the Manhattan apartment of two prominent gay hoteliers, the Texas senator and Republican presidential hopeful struck quite a different tone.
During the gathering, according to two people present, Mr. Cruz said he would not love his daughters any differently if one of them was gay...

But it gets worse, they attack Walker as well with more bull shit straw men.

QuoteAs governor of Wisconsin, Scott Walker was a supporter of a company that helps wealthy Chinese citizens immigrate to the the United States. This revelation stands in contrast to his recent statement that legal immigration policy should be based on "protecting American workers and American wages."

Not only did Walker previously support so-called "amnesty" (which some argue would be a magnet drawing more illegals) — but as governor, he "has been a long time friend" of a company based in Beijing and Milwaukee that "helps foreign investors become United States Citizens through the Department of Homeland Security Immigrant Investor (EB-5) program."

This is the same program that Hillary brother Tony Rodham and Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe appear to have gamed.

According to the company's website, "The partnership provides an investment vehicle that qualifies investors for a Green Card and Citizenship, if so desired. The investment is a $500,000 minimum required program, targeted toward high net worth individuals who understand and appreciate the convenience and timeliness created by participating in a carefully designed program."

Tucker Carlson's in charge at the DC. Sounds as if he has developed a terminal case of 'rhino-itis'.

From Wiki......
QuoteIn an interview with Politico, Carlson said that The Daily Caller will not be tied to ideology but rather will be "breaking stories of importance". In a Washington Post article, Carlson said "We're not enforcing any kind of ideological orthodoxy on anyone."[12] In an interview with The New York Times, Carlson said that the vast majority of traditional reporting comes from a liberal point of view and called The Daily Caller's reporting "the balance against the rest of the conventional press".[13]

In March 2015 Daily Caller columnist Mickey Kaus quit after editor Tucker Carlson refused to run a column critical of Fox News coverage of the immigration policy debate.[14] Carlson, who also works for Fox, reportedly did not want the Caller publishing criticism of a firm that employed him.[15] Journalist Neil Munro quit two weeks later.

I thought I was the only one. I have thought this for a while however that isn't my biggest issue with the Daily Caller. Every day they have a story about women. Today it is "These 19 Celebrities Are Ready For Swimsuit Season [SLIDESHOW]" and "Here's 6 Photos Of Your 2015 Sports Illustrated Swim Cover Model In A White T-Shirt [SLIDESHOW]" Now I like photos of beautiful women but this site sounds like it's run by horny teenagers and it's kind of creepy. I'm just glad their  obsession with Kate Upton has subsided. I was thinking on alerting the authorities.

Click bait. It's a sign of desperation, where a site needs to generate clicks for their ads for survival.
Simple quality content would suffice.

It's really gotten bad.  I can barely look at it on my phone.

Never been a fan of Tucker Carlson. Isn't he a libertarian?
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

They break a lot of stories (the Menendez-scandal, etc.) and it's fun to watch leftie cheerleaders like MotherJones obsessively rant about the site.

That said, the site has become a schlock-mecca of verts.

Carlson seems harmless, I guess.  His ever-present bow-tie is gone.

The fact still remains this is an issue for the States themselves to decide, not the Federal Government, under the First Amendment.
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)
