I wouldn't put too much stock in this, the Cartels own the Army & the Judicial Police as well as every politician in the country. They'll go thru the motions, show a few busts of drug shipments and figure out how to get the bulk of their product North.

She hasn't a leg to stand on.

Isnt Trump declaring the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations?
