I think it would be a horrible idea for reps to take the house and then impeach Biden. Its the only thing that would make him for sympathetic. Investigate? Sure. Even if they come up with a legal and easily proven reason to impeach him the votes wont be there in the senate to convict.

I agree. If there is no chance of conviction it becomes a waste of time and a distraction. The House can do investigations and serve the same purpose of exposing this administration.

Any investigation will show Biden has violated the constitution and would be found guilty of such. Yet you think he should not be brought to trial? Is he that special or are there that many rinos who will vote whit the democrats?

It doesn't take any RINO's not to convict as it takes 67 votes to convict.
If there is an impeachable offense than congress must impeach. Impeachment brings out all the evidence for the American people to see.
IMO....when the democrats brought out impeachment charges against President Trump the American people was able to see the truth at hand and made the democrats look like Fido's asshole with their chumped up charges. IMO....a lot of Blue Dog democrats got "Red Pilled".

Will it really "brings out all the evidence for the American people to see"? Or, will it be blacked out by the media and big tech? What impeachment will do is give Biden or his dem admin something to rally around. Reps would be far better served to not go down the lets impeach the president every time the opposite party holds the house.

The question is not will it look bad. The question is whether there is enough evidence to warrant impeachment hearings. Congress owes it to the people of the United States to see that justice is done. This is the only way to bring a corrupt president to justice. We should not worry who will see it or what the press will say, we should worry will the next generation live in a free republic.

When trying to decide if impeachment proceedings should start the only concern should be for justice. Not how it looks. If there is evidence Biden committed crimes against the United States it is up to congress to do their job and investigate. We let democrats walk for various felony crimes because we do not want to look like the bad guys. Where has that got us? It has resulted in more democrats committing more felonies and a bunch of republicans too scared to do their job. And if I remember right, after Clinton was impeached it energized democrats so much a loser like Bush was elected.

As of now I am neither in favor or against the house starting impeachment proceedings. However, the argument that it will make us look bad should not considered. The argument should be whether a felony was committed. Impeachment proceedings should be about justice, not a popularity contest.
