The kids have been indoctrinated into global warming.  I would be interested in seeing our children get a rounded education in science instead of indoctrination into liberal cause.

A large part of the problem is, most TEACHERS are illiterate in science!
The reason many people go into teaching is,
they can get a college degree and a fairly well-paying job
without having to take any serious math or science.

What this says is the left and the media don't know what to do with Cruz. They don't know how to handle him. If they can't ambush him and throw him off his game they will have to take him head on and they won't win that.

The guy is always on. He always seems ready. He is a damn good debater.

The first one is a simple, logical answer why climate change / global cooling / global warming is really a political power grab.  Also proof the guy's masculinity is suspect, he/she sounded like a liberal whipped boy, the gender-neutral type that agonized over trucks & dolls as an adolescent.
The second is a good demonstration of a liberal's tactic of dominating the discussion by continual interruptions and attempting to silence the opposition.  She probably should have just started screaming, to try and shut down Cruz - it would have been more effective than trying to debate absent of any real data.   Lobsters?   Really?  What's what it's come to... Lobsters!

Are Lobsters moving further offshore in Maine - yeah, it would appear the easiest & most cost effective Lobsters to trap are also the closest ones, in shallow water.  Is the water actually warming up - I swam in that water, and it's like bathwater on the surface in the summer, but dive down about 10 feet and it's like 32.1 degrees (Where the lobsters live)!   "Hey, there's more Lobsters in deep water than near the shore!!!"   -DUH-   Ban Lobster trapping and they'll be climbing up the beaches in a couple of years.

The last line on the link says the girl and the guy were a team, both videos are on her facebook page.  She wanted her 5 min of fame - and failed.  He wanted a gotcha video, actually got a YES answer and a little history lesson in politics, unexpectedly. 

Show this to your kids!  is a great teaching video.

I wish I could learn to respond the way he does. This is something Trump lacks.

Lol... you could tell the 2 wannabe gotcha-goonies practiced, mapped, and pepped each other up to confront Cruz.  It was like Theater-lab 202 midterms.  So obvious.

Actually, most of the ocean is 39.4 degrees F. 
That's the temperature at which water is the most dense.
Below that temperature, the molecules are starting to try to freeze,

They wanted a yes or no answer.  Unfortunately most people are into the sound bite mentality and don't have the patience for the long answer.  Even if they are polite and let him answer, will they still dismiss it, because it's not the answer they wanted?

I get the feeling that most people have made up their minds and don't/won't  listen to other peoples opinions.

That's because critical thinking skills, and worse yet, learning how to debate, in modern academia is trying to shout the other side down.

Not debate as most of us old timers learned, where you make your case, as best you can using nothing but the facts.

I don't blame the kids that this isn't taught to kids anymore.

Especially if they're in a common core educational system. I blame our gen, for letting the schools do, and get away with that.
