This is unconstitutional for the very reason the court is the third branch of the government and is supposed to be independent from the other two. This will put the court under control of whoever is in power. Will the SCOTUS have the guts to declare it so?

I do not believe this action is unconstitutional, but it will certainly destroy them at the polls.

I don't know.  It seems democrats believe about anything pushed by the democrats MSM.  The democrat voters will be brainwashed into thinking it's a good thing to have more Justices.

I don't think it has a chance of passing.  But it's pretty scary in this day and age that congress would even consider stacking the court.

Of course most democrats will embrace this as they tend to be ignorant to the concept of unintended consequences. However, it will not play with independents.

I said this on another site, 'CALL or Write or Email your representative, and tell them how you feel about it' - whether they bring it to the floor for a vote or not - the need to hear from you!

My daughter worked in DC, and would call me to try and raise awareness on issues, "Dad, tell your friends to email or call on this issue, our .blank. doesn't know how to vote on it.  Sometimes, it was just to reassure my representative they were on the correct side of an issue / bill. 

When the representatives get flooded with calls and emails, they get real nervous BOTH SIDES of the aisle - she went on to say just a handful of people can make a huge difference, they are "political animals" and want to keep their seat in Congress, your vote never falls on deaf ears, they DO pay attention.  If you get a form letter back (from a staffer), don't sweat it, they ARE paying attention.

When people reply, "They don't listen" or "Why bother" "he/she has already made up their mind & won't listen, I got no say" - it tells me they're perfectly content to allow America go down the tubes than get involved in the political process.   Don't complain about what's happening in DC, if you're not going to let your voice be heard in DC.

The whole "Its all about the SC" was all nonsense. Kennedy ignored many Supreme Court decisions and FDR caused the "switch in time that saved nine" when he was about to pack the court. The only presidents that enforced every stupid decision by the SC were modern Republican presidents such as Nixon, Reagan, Bush, and Trump. The court use to ask Eisenhower if he would enforce a decision or not. The  Democrats agreed with the court, so no need to ignore it.

If I were to venture a guess, the left will not pack the courts. This is simply a diversionary tactic to try to smother attention away from the stolen election.

That said, I wonder how many millions will be wasted with this hand picked commission of 80% LIBTARDS. I say, 80% knowing it could be 100%. I haven't studied the specifics on everyone forming this waste of time. What representation are Patriot's getting on this commission?
