In any case the first slaves taken out of Africa by Europeans, didn't go to the Americas but to the Azores, to work the sugar fields before Columbus had ever gotten to the other side of the ocean.

To you, black people who own their own homes, and live in the suburbs - like me - don't exist. With your fixation on Inner City blacks, it's easy for you to accept that any and all blacks are thugs and criminals. Even though your stereotypical mindset isn't even true for Inner cities. I don't really know what to say, since there is nothing that will change your mind.

There were bushes all over the area and it was a moving scene! Zimmerman was on the phone when he saw him come out of the bushes! Why are you re-trying this? the Jury had all this information!

The trial has been held. Zimmerman was found not guilty. Time to move on.

You know I was going to reply to you, but it occurred to me I'm wasting my time. I'm fighting uphill against 400 years of racist stereotypes. Stereotypes that say blacks are inherently dangerous. Stereotypes that say blacks are inherently criminal. Stereotypes that make whites willing - in some cases eager - to believe that a black person deserved to be killed. Now as to one of your other points, Zimmerman is white, Even though his Peruvian mother has Indian blood, he would still be considered white. He only became Non white, when it was necessary to offset the fact that he had shot an unarmed black teenager. And being suspicious of the circumstances isn't racist, just simple observation. The Martin shooting was nowhere near the first time an unarmed black was killed by a white. As my old drill instructor used to say: "Once is a mistake. Twice is intentional. Three times is a pattern of behavior". We are well the a pattern of behavior. As for my not knowing history, anyone with any knowledge of the ante-bellum United States would point out the dominance of the South within the Federal government.

My favorite case was the kid riding his bicycle down a steep hill, right into the side of a truck. He left a dent on the passenger side. The libs claimed the driver hit the kid and wanted him fired.

It doesn't matter what info they had or didn't have. They found Mr. Zimmerman not guilty. Period end of story. The fact that some, don't agree, or didn't like that outcome is irrelevant.
