DeSantis (the kid) is not disappointing when it comes to having to go toe-to-toe with Trump. I said from the start, win, lose or draw, DeSantis needs to have a real confrontation with Trump to prove his "bona Fides' as presidential material. Well, it's been game on for a couple of weeks and pollsters are showing DeSantis already making double digit gains in Iowa.

Ha ha. I just posted the video clips comparing "reality tv Trump" to "real life Trump". It shows Trump saying "you're fired" on his reality show, and the myriad of excuses he made publicly for not firing Fauci. 

You and I both know what initiatives DeSantis took of his own accord to deal with his "Fauci" problem. Others here either don't, or don't want to know. Those who're backing Trump having been parroting the canard that "Trump could do nothing about Fauci" from day 1 probably because they knew he'd have to answer for it.
But this is where the fight is going, and there is much Trump has to answer for.

Here's what you're gonna learn about DeSantis; regardless of who his donors are, he'll  work the system to his advantage and move his own agenda forward. That's what happened in Fla., and that's what would happen as POTUS. He's more savvy and knowledgeable than Trump about executive maneuvers. And we can see he won't cower to pressure. Had DeSantis been POTUS during COVID, he'd of definitely worked a way to quell the voices of Birx/Fauci the moment they stepped over the line.
Clear your head of all this 'donor conspiracy' nonsense and start focusing on the tangible elements of DeSantis achievements to date.

Yeah, he shut down Florida, he issued mask mandates, he PUSHED the vaccines, in other words, HE DID EVERYTHING FAUCI TOLD HIM TO DO. And that is how he will govern. People with money told him they wanted to donate anonymously and HE DOES THEIR BIDDING!!!!! That should tell you everything about the way he will govern.

Someone was sent -Scott Atlas - who, believe it or not, was the only other medical source more than qualified to debate and question what Birx has doling out. No profession medical data counter to the Birx agenda was even looked at. Atlas brought it, but it was turned away. It's unbelievable what was going on in the WH during 2020. Birx/Fauci ruled the roost.

"A Plague Upon Our House" was written by Scott Atlas. It gives an eye witness account of what was going on in the WH, and those 'covid task force meetings.  Trump was clueless, and maybe by choice, as he didn't have the stomach to deal with Birx properly.
