However, from reading his statement and looking at the text of the 12th, I have to say no, chip is not following it at all. It was illegal for them to certify the election on the 6th, it went against what the 12th says.

Nowhere in the 12th does it say that anything the states call votes simply are votes, there is a process required to turn that piece of paper into a vote, one which was not followed, thus they are not votes but pieces of paper.

So you see the 12th demands ELECTORS and VOTES from the states in question, neither of which were anywhere to be found at the capital on Jan 6th since the process wasnt followed earlier on. Its not a matter of opinion, that simply is the case. So we arent changing the 12th, the 12th simply wasnt followed to the letter.

I guess my Bronx, NYC public school edumacation failed me once again. This time it's in the comprehension reading department...all this time I thought it was my spelling...who knew.

Now I am a Whiskey drinker and Jameson and I read the 12th this way.....Each state has a certain amount of Electoral College Votes (ECV) for the President of the United States. Each state certifies their ECV votes and send that count to congress. Congress adds up all the states ECV votes and bingo we have a duly elected President.

IMO...the fraud that did happen which is giving these marxist scumbags the weapons they need to justify this fraud....it happened in republican run states like the state I live in...Georgia. The state certifies their ECV and congress certifies the states count.

Anyway...back to our regular schedule program...the 12th Amendment...If I'm reading it wrong...where did I go wrong....anyone.....?
