It was plenty obvious that the 95-year-old nursing-home resident DID NOT want to be taken away, brandishing a knife and cane. But after cops Tased him, he still didn't surrender. So they nailed him in the stomach and killed him.

Question: are we all destined for such compassionate elderly care?

We have to get beyond these religious issues. They ended an unviable tissue mass. It's settled law for Allah's sake.

Warna was being "involuntarily" committed for medical treatment by staff at the Victory Centre, the release said.

What kind of medical treatment was he being involuntarily committed for? It makes one wonder.

Moreover, this is the future we all face under Obamacare - Democrats too (They are just too stupid to realize it)! The State will decide which treatment you should have and which treatments you won't have - and when.

And, if we refuse, we will all face the same fate as Mr Warna!

This reminds me of a video I saw where US policemen handcuffed and arrested a 8 year old girl for being noisy in school. I have long seen it as a fallacy that people are more liberal in scandinavia than the US as this just isn't true. With all the marxist 60's generation and liberal babyboomers in the US there are more marxist societal norms, laws and regulations in the US now than in Norway as Norway still has over 80% anti communist population. I bet you can't even say you are anti communist now in the US without people getting offended.

This senior care shown here is beyond liberal and is marxist in both application and regulation.

Uh, he was 95 years old. They couldn't just walk up and take the knife and cane from him? I guess that explains why the Chicago police have done nothing to deal with their gang problem - they're scared of the gangs.

Also, how does a 95 year old get up after having being tasered ?

Point is, it was his decision and his decision alone to make, the police should have simply waited him out, move all the people out of the area,(he's 95 for crying out loud) and wait till he tires out.

Why doesn't the 'stand your ground' rule apply here ? The man clearly had a weapon, the cops tried a non-lethal approach, it failed, they then tried another 'non-lethal approach' which ended up killing the man. Where is the problem ? Is it because he is old ?
