At the recent spring  meeting of the republican rules committee a proposal was made to change the rule affecting rules of order.  It was proposed that the rules governing the House of Representatives (currently in use) be replaced with Roberts rules of order.   This proposal was soundly defeated, as it should have been.
It would have opened the door to many questions and much more cynicism

Ted Cruz doesn't need any help.  He is so far ahead in delegates (or will be), that the nomination is a foregone conclusion.
Now all we must do in continue our support.
