Dong Jingwei turned himself in to the Defense Intelligence Agency,
NOT the FBI or CIA.  Why?
Because, being in charge of Chinese intelligence,
he knows who in the FBI and CIA that China has been corrupting!

I see this as an indicator that he knows that China has NOT been corrupting the DIA.

I am relieved to hear that there is SOMEBODY in the intelligence community
who is not a corrupted, enemy agent!
