You ask "What Agenda"? Exactly the point, the RINO had none outside of keeping their mouth shut, yet we slaughtered the Marxists. How is that possible?

There is only one answer. The Conservatives in the country wanted serious correction, which included killing off the Establishment by electing TEA, and both party's suffered that wrath.
Yet those in the know on the left appear to be clueless as to what happened, which is great news for us, because until they accept the simple fact that the Nation rejected Marxism, they'll continue to be irrelevant.

Willie writes:
"Everybody keeps asking me, "Why did this happen?'" Brown wrote. "Beats me. When it came to the elections, I was a dreamer who thought the Democrats were going to retain the Senate. Instead, we got walloped."

But he did get one thing Right....

Veteran California politician Willie Brown has warned this weekend that presumptive Democratic Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton "is going to lose" in 2016 "Unless there are some serious readjustments to the Democratic operation."

And then turns around and exposes his ignorance as to their loss.

Brown suggested that Democrats erred by running away from President Barack Obama, "which simply played into the Republicans' strategy of portraying him as a failure." The party also failed to turn out young voters, he said.

Ya gotta luv the disconnect from reality in that statement.
Hey Willie, the yute vote bailed on your lying asses!

They let Dems define what their agenda supposedly was.  That fostered overconfidence.

Actually. the agenda was to snuff-out the entire obama-era.  You can find legitimate populist-outrage behind every one the Administration's acts, instead of just disgruntled disappointment.

Starting with Air Force One's appalling low-altitude 'tour-flight' over midtown-Manhatten right after the '08 inauguration.

The sanctimonious 'no lobbyist' pledge, immediately followed by lobbyist-luncheons on K Street, rather than traditional meetings in Government-offices.

I could go-on forever, but the point is that all these incidents and subsequent lawbreakings were eventually going to create a disastrous volcanic-eruption.  I can't really explain 2012, other than Romney's peevishness in-the-clutch was probably the biggest reason why the GOP lost then.  The 2014 agenda could be defined as 'no peevishness', guys.

I believe Mitten lost for two reasons. One being, he had no fire, hwther restrained, or absent, no one wants a weak leader.
The other, leftist fraud, which made the perfect combination.
When you think about it, the Establishment GOP had it coming, they did nothing to prevent fraud, and thought TEA would sweep them to victory, two details they took way too lightly, TEA didn't want another rino.

But I believe this article exemplifies my point of the Dim party's demise, they, like the rino, underestimated the anger of the Huge majority of the nation, that we're done with politics as usual, and if neither party accepts or embraces this anger, neither will exist as they are known today.

Let's hope they don't figure it out. The Rino's found out that by doing nothing fares much better than being dem light.

I think Republicans better be planning an outlook and agenda.  They can't keep going on not articulating a vision.

I don't know if the Democrats are that blind or just won't admit it publicly.  They were trounced due to repudiation of Obama's agenda.  They were trounced due to a continuing poor economy, illegal immigrant invasion, not denouncing Islamic terrorism strongly, race baiting, etc.

No, I don't agree with media pundits who said "oh, it's the country saying they want Democrats and Republicans to get along and work together."  They want the Obama agenda STOPPED.

At some point, the Democrats will ADMIT to themselves what actually happened.

Exactly! It's also why I'm a bit apprehensive pointing out why they failed, I don't want them to figure it.

But, like I said a couple of years ago, the Marxists will attempt to target the Libertarian movement, since that's where a huge portion of their constituency fled to.
I expect to see in a few years, the Marxists start claiming it's they, who will claim they want to restore Liberty, that the crony capitalists allow business to write laws favoring the rich.
However, I also believe this will fail, and prolong their marginalization as a power.

Until they drop communism as a core principal, they're destined for irrelevancy.

You underestimate the overwhelming power of self-delusion.
