Yes, turd, I got a restraining order in one hour.  Yes, I went before a magistrate.  Yes, I was charged, and I paid.  We have a magistrate on duty 24/7 for just such a purpose.  Trespassing isn't just swinging by, azzhead.  What need do I have that would make me lie to you?  I have no such need, and also, I don't give John Brown's Hind Parts what you think, feel, do or say.
He gets no say in MY restraining order.  If I don't want him around me, a 35 dollar filing fee, solves the whole problem. It was served to him, and he accepted it. 
This ain't no Liberal Utopia like San Francisco.  We are supporters of Law and Order.  We are Rednecks, Corruptocrat.  Failure to mediate a disagreement out here in the toolies, and someone can get hurt.  We take out privacy and our possessions seriously.  The Deputy Sherriff is the one who recommended that I take one out.  What?  You think they give the victim a court date so that the aggressor has 24-48 hours to intimidate the victim?  Well, maybe in Liberal La la Land.  Not out here.
