Everyone, this is why I don't let Corruptocrats on my property.  I have a Liberal Neighbor who likes to come over when I am grilling, and spew his Masters' talking points.  SO, last night when he tried to come over, I told him I didn't want him to.  He asked why and I told him I had zero tolerance policy concerning Socialists.  He took offense and started to open the gate, so I sent Brutus(Male Rottie) to explain it to him.  He called the cops.  They came and I told the lady cop that I sent him to guard my gate.  I told them why I didn't want him there.  They turned to him and told him that if he entered the property, only the dogs themselves would be held accountable.  They also said in a no leash law community, if I could prove that I told him not to trespass on my land, that my dogs would not be punished.  So, today I took out a restraining order on him.  Best thirty five bucks I ever spent and Proof positive.
This joke of an American(more like an American't)is evidence I was right.  Laughing at what can only be explained as 4 negligent homicides.  What a piece of Trash. 

Oh, and for the record, Brutus got a nice big chunk of Brisket.

I call shenanigans.  There ia no possible way you got a restraining order in  one night . Did you go in front of a judge? Did your neibor get to defend himself in court? Unless there was an emergency hearing which takes at least a couple days and not for your neibor just swinging over.

He didn't say it only took a day, he said he filed and paid for it that day, it still has to go before a judge.

Unless he lives in a State like Virginia that has a sitting magistrate 24/7, they often approve restraining orders especially i domestic cases.
