Solar, when you experience the breath taking drama of running over a turtle without killing it all the while contemplating the thoughts of Mitch, the turtle, McConnell, it leaves very little room for other thoughts. I suspect this was a sort of epfinany which we can not understand. And that is probably all for the better.

For the record, Actually one of the first documents normally signed by a President is called the Standing Order, most documents crossing the President's desk bear some form of classification, the Standing Order
immediately declassifies 99 percent of those documents.  As far as special codes regarding certain weapons, those codes change frequently, most of the so called media crap about nuclear weapons is moron's talking out of their butts.
