Why hasn't Gen. Flynn been sentenced yet? Anyone care about the truth anymore?

This doesn't come right up even when one enters it in the search line...you still have to search down past old posts before getting this new one.  This interview by Sara Carter with Gen. Flynn's lawyer, Sidney Powell, explains what is going on and what Judge Sullivan is looking at.

There is evidence that the cabal was using Stefan Halper to go after Gen. Flynn even before they went after Popadopolas.  They knew they could not have Obama's former DNI as Trump's National Security Advisor, since he knows far too much.

For exposing Communists within the US?

The first thing Hussein told Trump was to ditch Flynn.  He has all the goods...

Sentenced for what?
Gen. Flynn's sentencing for the charge he plead guilty to has been postponed. It only is now emerging as to why.  Flynn was faced with irrefutable evidence which now appears to have been based upon altered FBI documents.  I'm sure that because Flynn couldn't explain the conflicts between his statement and the statements of the FBI agents, his attorney at the time advised him to plead guilty. No that he has a good attorney and a different Judge, he does have an uphill battle to undo what he has already agreed to with his plea.  However, Sidney Powell is uncovering the criminal activity of the FBI and DOJ that was used to frame him.  The roots of this will lead back through the top brass in the FBI and DOJ all the way to Obama, who had a vendetta against his former DNI.

BTW, while not blaming the Vice President, Sidney Powell says that had Mike Pense just refused to answer the question and said he wouldn't comment on classified information that had been illegally leaked, then there wouldn't have been a conflict between what Flynn remember he had said to the Ambassador and what was revealed in the illegally released transcript of his call.  It's well worth hearing what Powell has to say.

That's the old attorney.  Have you not been following along with Powell?

Actually, it's old news.

He doesn't have an uphill battle. Judge Sullivan is about to toss this thing and go after the prosecutors.

I was just making sure you weren't under the impression that he's going to be sentenced.  Powell could have withdrawn the plea, but chose to keep it going to force the malicious prosecution.  There is no "uphill battle".

I prefer to think that our nation will return to a respect for the rule of law, the presumption of innocence and the rights of persona who are accused of any crime (or even the thin gs the Democrats are accusing the President of, which are not crimes).  It appears that law enforcement professionals broke the law to frame innocent people, In Gen. Flynn's case it is becoming more and more apparent that Obama was conducting a personal vendetta using Traitors within the Intelligence Soomunitry, the DOJ and the FBI to do his dirty work.

I really don't think it is nothing more that when VP Pense was blind sided by a question that put him on the spot because of conflicting stories, the VP simple stated his honest opinion.  However, Flynn's lawyer is right.  In retrospect, a far better response would have been " I'm not going to comment on something that is classified ".   The point is, until this classified transcript was released, there really was no problem.  It wasn't a big deal that Gen. Flynn talked with the Russian Ambassador and it probably wasn't very memorable that the Ambassador mentioned wanting to get the sanctions lifted.  If it wasn't a serious discussion, why would Flynn pay any attention to this?

Whatever scumbag leaked this phone call blindsided both Flynn and the Vice President in a gotcha game with illegally leaked information.  I won't be surprised to find out that it was the same scumbag Whistleblower in the latest round of subversion, which has become the basis of this Impeachment effort.

Flynn was previously scheduled for sentencing on December 18th, but his attorneys asked to postpone his sentencing until after the report's release. Flynn's defense team said there are details in the report which could impact his case.

The Inspector General's report will be released on December 9th. However, the judge did not set a new date for Flynn's sentencing.
