DONALD J TRUMP
What a shit-show. It should have been held on Comedy Central. What always goes unsaid about all of them and particularly Warren who started out with it is this. They run down a litany of reasons why the others are not electable, attacks their character and then in her case she says, "I will support whomever the nominee is". That says a lot about all their characters. Why even say it? No one asked that question. That is what the moderators should ask them, and her, right after she says it.
It's like saying if a murderer was running why he or she should not be elected, but, if the murderer is the nominee I will support him or her. Insane!
Politics aside, Waren has to be the most annoying candidate that I have ever watched. Her nerdy geekyness just gets on my last nerve. At least Bernie's mannerisms are a hoot to watch. She's unwatchable. The 1st question barely was put of Holt's mouth and not directed to her and she's rasing her hand annoyingly.
Trump clearly won the night. All they did was to tear down and epose each other's weaknesses. Let's hope they continue. Trump is going to have a field day with their own comments.
I found this an interesting take. This is the group from 538, a bunch of libs giving their professional perspective.
Being a Conservative I could never put myself in their shoes, so I seek out opinion from within their bubble.
I watched them as the debate unfolded and the comments were fascinating. They didn't see the debate the way we did, they saw Doomberg getting his ass kicked.
If you're interested, the comments are still up at the link below...

That's A Wrap
Well, we don't know yet how this debate will affect the race, but one thing is clear: Our earlier prediction of Bloomberg dominating headlines tonight seems to be spot on. Take Politico's front page currently: "Bloomberg takes a beating, Sanders defends socialism in fiery debate." Or The New York Times: "Rivals Attack Bloomberg In Most Brutal Debate So Far." (And keeping with tradition, we collected some of our own headlines from the live blog team that you can peruse below, in addition to the live blog in all its chronological glory.)
But of course, the real question after tonight's debate is whether it will have been enough to move the dial in Nevada before the caucuses on Saturday — and whether Sanders will handily win the state, or if there might be a surprise upset or a close second- (or third-) place finish that affects the narrative moving forward. Setting Bloomberg aside for a moment, it did seem that Warren was poised for a comeback this evening, and Sanders's defense of socialism and his own electability was particularly impassioned as well. Biden also seemed to have a strong performance in contrast to Bloomberg and may stand to gain now at Bloomberg's expense. We'll just have to wait and see what happens next.
In the meantime, here are our topline takeaways for the evening:
Clare: You Wanted A Show, The Democratic Field Gave It To You
Perry: Everybody Hates Mike
Nate: BLOOMBERG BOMBS
Amelia: Warren Is Ready For Her Comeback
Kaleigh: The Most Fiery Debate Yet, With Bloomberg Serving As Tinder
Meena: None Of These Candidates Came Here To Make Friends
Nathaniel: Warren Leads The Charge As Candidates Pile On Bloomberg
Geoffrey: The Bloom Is Off Bloomberg's Rose
Chad: All That Blooms Must Wilt
Micah: Bloomberg Had A Really Bad Debate. Like ... Seriously. /// Dek: What effect will it have? 🤷♀️
And a special headline from former FiveThirtyEighter Meghan Ashford-Grooms: Why The Democratic Party Is Thinking, 'Do We Have to Televise the Next One of These?'

This is continuously up dating and Doomberg keeps dropping.

Watch the weasal drop out of the race. His performance was dismal at best.
The big question will be if he takes his money and goes home?
If he drops out watch the democrats love him again.
Sanders won.

Sanders won.
From everything I've read on lib sites, that is the consensus. Bernie will never lose his supporters, they're in it till the end. Think Paulbots, small yet vocal.
I know were supposed to "know thy enemy" but seriously..
How can anyone watch that and still have an ounce of sanity left? My mother called me last night, she is an avid Trump supporter, to ask if I was watching but I told her Jeff likes his new TV to much to allow me to watch the debates and have the possibility of having a coffee mug thrown at it :ttoung:

Agree, Bernie Bots and when he sells out they will raise hell and split the LIB / RINO / Uniparty and some will go to TRUMP.
Limbaugh just said Sanders won big. I seem to be in the minority about 1 thing. I think he is a serious threat to Trump. I favor a Trump win but it wont be a blowout.
I think the winner was Bloomberg. He jammed up Bernie on the communism, and a lot of Bernie-bots learned the dude has three lake houses and a million bucks. He got jammed up on the harassment stuff, but Democrats _really_ don't care about that stuff (Clinton, Weinstein, etc) and Mini-Mike held his own (of the clips I've seen).
Bernie was by far the biggest loser. Bloomberg showed everyone what a billionaire capitalist who's proud of his success will do to Bernie. Bloomberg didn't even go for the kill and just mentioned his lake houses. It proved as a dry-run that Bernie would be destroyed by Trump on economics alone. This will kill Bernie's stock and he'll probably have to take a much lower payout. Look for Bernie to rile up his supporters and go full Castro in the short term.
Warren was just a nagging women who proved why us guys don't like girls to come play golf in our foursomes. She scored no points outside of teachers' lounges in academia.
My several year's long prediction of Bloomberg being the nominee is going strong.

That was essentially my take as well, but all the leftist websites didn't see it that way at all. I had to accept the left lives in a weird Utopia of their own and simply have an alternate reality.
What we think is irrelevant because it is they who will choose their sacrificial lamb to donate to Trump for the impending slaughter.

they'll be in it even as Milwaukee burns.
