People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A foolish man complains about his torn pockets.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

Excellent argument and, notice at the end when he tells them to "chill". Would he have said that to an all white audience?

Denny Hoyer said he did not know if this would get out of the democrat majority committee.

Interpretation: Oh shit. This is a loser.

Just recently because of an ancestor done by one of my relatives I learned that one of my descendants was a slave.  I knew that another one was a Native American and  and my grandfather was Filipino.  I grew up in a small town of 100 percent white people until a Puerto Rican family moved to town when I was almost out of high school.

Not once as I grew up did I hear a word about discrimination and I honestly do not recall where I was held back because of my heritage. I never got reparations for my genetics being tied to either a slave or a Native American.   Even my grandfather never hinted at being held back because he was Filipino.  Did I face discrimination, of course I did,  because I was not tall enough to play basketball,  or physically demanding enough to play football among other things and other things if I spent time trying to recall these kinds of incidents.

My point is that discrimination exists in all forms I never was taught to pay any attention to any of it and to be clear I do not recall any that came related to race. Given I never knew about a genetic link to a slave I wonder how I deserve to get paid for this past evil.  I have succeeded in life at least I think I have because I worked hard to find my way in live and event he most discriminatory people will work with someone that more than pulls their own weight.  Conversely someone who views every comment as a slur against them that they must resist is not going to be a good worker or good for the team. Their lack of success is tied to their resistance to working hard at success and accepting that we all have limitations compared to someone else.  How much money would I ever earn if I protested that the NBA will not consider someone who is not tall, not especially physically gifted  and only has very basic skill level in how to play the game.

So I am not waiting for my government check and have worked with lots of minority people and they all have succeeded in life.  These hearings are a evil joke

Is it too much to HOPE for that a significant number of Americans who happen to be black, might decide to leave the Democrat Plantation and help Make Keep America Great! We'll find out if BLEXIT is a real significant movement, in 2020!

An observation.
* We were ruled by Great Britain from 1607 until 1783, while African Slavery commenced in 1619; a span of 164 years.
* We were self ruled from 1789 till 1863, when the Emancipation Proclamation was issued,
a span of 74 years.
So Great Britain ruled for some 70% of the time while we ruled for some 30%.
Suggestion:
Send 70% of the Reparations Claim to the heirs of the House of Stuart and Commons.
When they get back to us we'll contemplate our next move.
Someone pass this on to Bozo Booker and his posse assholery.
