Actually, all this crap about Trump, or any President, for that matter, executing a "national ban on abortions", is a crock of crap.  The Supremes, when they overthrew Roe v Wade, said specifically that the Federal Government did not have the Constitutional authority to outlaw, or consent to Abortions, that authority belongs to the States.
