Title: A big 'Unity' Rally is to take place in France today
Post by: MACMan on January 11, 2015, 04:07:02 AM
Quote
Dignitaries and world leaders are expected to join hundreds of thousands of people in France on Sunday in what government officials are calling a "unity rally" in defiance of a terrorism spree that claimed 17 lives.

French officials announced "exceptional measures" to protect not only the throngs expected to gather near the Place de la Republique in central Paris, but also a veritable who's who of foreign leaders that will test security forces of a nation rocked by days of terrorist violence.

Yawn. Well, that should make everyone at the rally 'feel' all warm and fuzzy inside before they have to go back to keep on kissing Mooze ass.

I can be critical of our Frog Friends, while today standing with them in solidarity!  We've saved them twice in the past and hopefully now they can/will take measures to save themselves from this monster in their midst, they have helped create. (multicultralism by any other name would still stink like merde)

I don't forget that the French were with us during our revolution for independence and without them we may never have come to enjoy the freedoms and liberties, we now have.  I hope the French people will place appropriate demads on their goverment to bind up their nation's wounds!

The rally is pretty impressive.  They say there are 50 world leaders there.

Our Coward-In-Chief is a no-show.  He supposedly sent Holder or some other stooge.

No doubt conflicted with his Tee Time!  (besides, were he to stand up with other world Leaders, his friends in the Muscum Brotherhood might get the wrong idea)

But what will they do tomorrow in their respective countries to really attack Islamic terrorism?

Probably just more denial that it's not the religion, rather just a few radicals.
Until they come to terms that it's Islum, they will continue to loo weak in the eyes of the enemy.

Yeah, just a few radicals. From what I've been told, it amounts to only around a 300,000,000 'few' worldwide.

Not having a US representative is very telling about this administration. Obama does not want to be anywhere close to anything against Islamic terrorists.

Some of that will depend upon the growth of the various nationalist movements in Europe.
If the public will should falter, likely not much.

Yeah...  His awkward absence became painfully embarrassing as the minutes ticked-by.  Watching Netanyahu and Abbas walking side-by-side with the other 48 world-leaders, the absence of obama and kerry was a blunderous missed opportunity of cosmic proportions.

This was a really big deal. World leaders finally standing up against the Islamists. Obama should have been there. Both Netanhayu and Abbas were there together. This was the chance to rally these leaders into stepping up against something they have until now refused to admit existed. This could have been Obama's legacy. The beginning of the world fighting back against radical Islam.

He could send three White House representatives to the funeral of that Ferguson thug Michael Brown, though. (sarc)

Val Jarrett is losing it. The only leader that would come to an Obama Summit would be
Russia's Puten, and at that only to check out future acquisitions first hand.

Not a single Yank in Paris. Disgusting. Ted Cruz should have been there. Or Col. West.
Col. West definitely should have attended.

Pretty disgusting demonstration,

As the liberal MSM is aware, this will not aid the socialist cause and only strenghten the resolve of Groups like PEGIDA, EDL and consolidate support for these groups as well as lead to the Foundation of new organizations.

So the Socialist hold a funeral service, this demonstration might as well have been name "funeral of the West" instead of a pathetic gesture of unity.

And what unity are we talking about? Unity against terrorism? What a joke, if that was the case then why are these politicians still supporting more influx of islamists? Why are they still focusing on empathy than punishment? Pathetic, the muslims are laughing at them, and rightfully so.

Hollande Decries 'Anti-Semitism And Racism'
French President Francois Hollande decried "racism and anti-Semitism" in the wake of the deadly siege of a kosher grocery store in Paris in his televised address.

The president also stressed that the actions of the hostage takers "have nothing to do with Islam."

Yeah, the more I see this, the more I see it's excusing the real issue and blaming, what they consider a small group of fanatics, while ignoring the complacency and support of the followers of this so called "religion".

There must be a lot of push back from even the left about the administration not sending anyone from DC to Paris. It is totally out of character to for this crowd to acknowledge any misstep. Their fumblings and bumblings are becoming more numerous and frequent.

What you're not allowing for is the fact that Obama is more dedicated to the jihad than Abbas and many other ME leaders.

They actually have to live there and end up on the wrong side of ISIS or the nukes that fly.

Obama just keeps watching the video in his head where he becomes king of the UN, and then the 12th Imam that installs the caliphate for his daddy.

Ok I can see the President not showing up personally.

However, why was our Ambassador, who lives in an Embassy in Paris not there? Why wasn't his underlings there?

We have a huge embassy in Paris. With an Ambassador (representative of the United States) and a whole bunch of underlings who could also act in an Ambassadorial fashion if the Ambassador themselves cannot.

These folks are there, with our tax money paying for them to be there, and are supposed to represent the people and States of the United States. They are supposed to represent the U.S. Government and by extension then, the sovereignty of the people of the United States.

Congress should be asking this question, and unless he/she has a damned good reason for not showing up, or having at least an underling show up, the Congress should be firing our Ambassador to France who lives in Paris. Through impeaching him/removing him from office as the Constitution allows Congress to do, if Congress and or the People of the United States don't like the answer he gives explaining why he/she nor one of their underlings were there.

Remember folks, he/she and their underling staff lives there, in Paris eating fine French food on our taxpayer dime. So he/she and their staff are there every single day and night. Every minute of every day. So why wasn't one of them there?

Why didn't they represent the United States and show our solidarity with the rest of the world in standing up to this barbarism? As I said Congress should be asking these questions, and if we the people, and by extension through our Representatives and Senators in the Congress don't like the answer, he/she and their staff should be fired.

Simple as that.

Obama will not, and will not allow anyone else to, undermine the jihad & caliphate.

What of this requires analysis  ?

He'll follow up with just enough taquiyyah with his "summit" to save face.....but his initial support for the france terrorism is clear and final.

The ambassador to France was there. However, she is nothing but a political hack that donated thousands to Obama,

Not to be outdone here in political brainlessness, Gas Embargo hero Jimmy Carter says the Paris attacks can all be blamed on "the Palestine problem."

Yes, America does grow fools, who plant peanuts and become worthless ex-Presidents.

As for the complete failure to show respect to the French (after hailing France as "our oldest friend"), Obama's crew at the White House say it was a blunder not to send anybody...but by most early accounts nobody even thought to ASK Obama if he wanted to attend.

That's bad enough, but even worse that Obama the master politician didn't think to ask, himself.
