In a speech in Toledo, Ohio on Monday, Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden declared that he is running "for the Senate"- repeating a mistake he made earlier this year.

The former vice president and Delaware senator made the gaffe at the end of a campaign speech:
"And, America, we can do anything that we need to do if we can do it together. Nothing can stop us. You know, we have to come together.

"That's why I'm running – I'm running as a proud Democrat for the Senate.
