That seems to be the problem, they want the RINO out, but no one wants the job....

American Majority Action spokesman Ron Meyer told Breitbart News late Tuesday that enough House Republicans have banded together in an effort to unseat House Speaker John Boehner from his position–they just need a leader to take up the mantle.

"At least 20 House Republican members have gotten together, discussed this and want to unseat Speaker Boehner–and are willing to do what it takes to do it," Meyer said. "That's more than enough to get the job done, but the one problem these guys face is they need a leader to coalesce behind."

Will Ryan be in the next Congress?

Ryan was reelected to the House. Boehner was just reelected as Speaker. I hope this GOP majority in the House resists the temptation to get along with the dems. We accept the MSM media is going to denigrate the House Republicans regardless of what they do. Therefore, I agree with some previous posts yhey should be out there telling the truth about Obama. Obama is not interested in getting along with the GOP so why should they try. I don't want to get along with dems, I want to beat them. It is my feeling that Obama is not going to be all that popular going forward. The economy is not going to recover and the effects of Obamacare are not going to be well received as we learn more about it. The 2016 mid-term elections will be a great opportunity if the GOP will seize the moment.

Before his last vote I would have thought Ryan would have been great at the job.  Smart and dedicated to knowing the subject and not really apologetic about his views.  But I think this last vote has me thinking that he too is willing to sell his sole for political reasons.  I honestly think that a straight shooter that is rational in their thinking could survive in the congress.

But who wants to lead this wimpy bunch of representatives that do not even have the ability to come to a consensus among themselves.   Not sure how Boehner got trashed in the cliff debates but his party members seemed to have not helped the issue.  But I do believe that his reelection does not bode well for the GOP.

I think you hit the nerve, no one wanted the job because the party is split between RINO and Conservative and I'd be willing to bet the RINO were threatening anyone that took the seat to expect hostility.

And that's what the people see, a screwed up party that looks like a family reunion of the Beverly Hill Billies and their friends, rich and stupid.
