Wasn't Ford the only one not involved in Obama auto bail-out?

Resident P.O.S. was in Detroit today and toured one of the Ford Motor Co. plants. And just like the all-knowing, all-seeing Leader of the Epoch who just loves him some union trash, Obama praised union workers and...wait for it....the auto-bailout Obama called a success.

Ford did not accept that assistance but Obama said the bailout was responsible for saving  more than one million jobs in the auto industry.

This visit came to the Ford plant when employees here are currently not working - in fact some employees told FOX 2 that they were laid off this week ahead of the president's visit.

The reason has to do with the lagging demand for the cars manufactured at the Wayne plant, the Focus and the hybrid C-Max.

Ford, an all american company, oddly enough didn't need a gummament bailout. Go figure....Yet again American ingenuity, hard work, and production of a good product, once again shows us the way.

Let's not kid ourselves. I drive a Ford Explorer. The engine was made in Mexico. The transmission came from France. Most of the electronics came from Singapore and China. The tires were made in Indonesia by a Japanese company.

How about a note to all the ford employees!!
Had Obama not intervened in the auto industry today Ford would probably own a larger share of the auto market making their employment situation more stable!

Remember....    The CEO at the time "asked Congress to authorize a credit line of up to $9 billion for Ford in case the economy got worse and the company needed it."

In other words, Ford claimed it couldn't carry the paper for buyers wanting new cars without the actual currency to back up the loans.
I say BS, but that was their claim, and that's what they got, a bailout, just like the others.
